Other Terms and Conditions:
Upon subscription purchase and initial club membership, Member will be contacted via email with a personalized discount code as part of their membership, applicable to any additional purchases made on the website outside of their subscribed monthly order. Members will be be asked to choose via email what Instant Kava variety they wish to subscribe to, or the Member may opt to notify us of their selection via message at the time of subscription purchase.
Initial Instant Kava selection at the time of subscription will be assigned to that membership, and the same variety of Instant Kava will continue to ship monthly, unless the Member requests a change in Instant Kava variety being shipped. Members may request a change of Instant Kava variety for their particular Club Level subscription 3 business days PRIOR to date of monthly subscription charge (ie. if Member purchases their subscription on the 10th of the month and is subsequently charged every month on the 10th, then Member must request any changes to Instant Kava variety for next shipment prior to the 10th day). Island Kava reserves the right to deny requests for changes or modifications in subscription depending on product availability.
Quantities of Instant Kava packs set for each Club Level applies to one variety for any given shipment, and is non-divisible among other varieties of Instant Kava (ie. a 100 gram pack for Club Level 2 may not be divided into two 50 gram packs of different product types or any other subdivisions, etc.)
Island Kava reserves the right to change subscription terms or items, or offer alternatives to the Member in case of supply/product unavailability.
Subscription charges apply monthly on the date of initial purchase for each subsequent month, or next available date (ie. if subscription is purchased on the 10th of the month, then monthly charges will also occur on the 10th of each subsequent month). As with all website purchases, subscription items will be processed and ready to ship within 2 business days from date of subscription charge. All subscription items qualify for free USPS First Class mailing. Shipping times may vary depending on country, season, holidays, etc. Island Kava is not responsible for length of transit time, or for security of items going through any Customs inspections, lost or seized items. Any subscriptions and/or other purchases made are at the sole discretion and risk of the consumer, who is responsible for knowing and abiding by his or her country's laws and regulations.
Subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time. Any cancellation requests will be applied to future scheduled shipments, and cannot be applied retroactively to subscription charges already processed. Once cancelled, former Members made re-subscribe, however future subscription prices are not quaranteed.
**Personalized Island Kava Club coupon code applies to any additional purchases made outside of Island Kava Club monthly subscription. Club coupon code is valid during active enrollment in club's monthly subscription and expires upon cancellation. Club coupon code is not to be combined with any other coupon codes for promotional sales or discounts in which a club member may participate. Coupon code is assigned to the individual club member only and is non-transferable.
